Unibest was founded in Ningbo in September 2003 and is an international group built around pharmaceuticals. It is led byformulation R&D, manufacturing and sales, centered onR&D and manufacturing of APIs and their intermediates, bonded bypharma-chemical import/export, powered bylow-temperature supercritical (LTS) green technology, and levered byfinancial investment — integrating 'science–industry–trade–environment–investment' into one industrial model. Its business spans small molecules, biologics and complex formulations, serving customers and partners in over 50 countries and regions.
Name & Philosophy
Unibest's Chinese and English names are one with the company's mission, vision and values.
The characters 'You' (优, excellence) and 'De' (德, virtue) come from the I Ching: 'Heaven moves in strength; the gentleman strives unceasingly to strengthen himself. Earth is vast; the gentleman bears the world with virtue.' They mean a company that, while honoring commercial credit, delivers quality products and services to society. 'Bei' (贝) signifies that a business is run by people, who must operate with integrity and pursue win–win cooperation. The Chinese name 'Youbeide' is a phonetic rendering of Unibest — United, we can be the best, i.e. 'united for the greater good'.

Brand Identity
One mark, seven values — understand the mark, and you understand Unibest.
The Unibest mark is drawn with one unbroken ribbon. Its four pillars are cylindrical capsules — the body of the pharmaceutical industry. At the centre the ribbon gathers into a hexagon — a benzene ring, the technical base on which we built our business in intermediate synthesis. Above and below it lifts a heart — our commitment to human health, and the original intent behind customer satisfaction. And the whole ribbon joins end to end, weaving over and under itself — a Möbius strip: technology without end, innovation without a finish line. The gradient from violet-blue to magenta is the highest-energy colour there is, and it stands for efficiency; the ribbon reaches outward, past the boundary, and Beyond hides in that movement. So one mark holds all seven of Unibest's core values — United, Networked, Innovative, Beyond, Efficient, Satisfied, Technological — and writes two sentences: self-strengthening and bright virtue, united for the greater good; United, we can be the best!

Primary colour is the gradient #514FB9 to #BB29BC; the wordmark uses the standard Unibest typeface and must not be stretched on its own. Clear space around the mark is never less than a quarter of its height; no added frames, shadows or extra outlines, and never reverse the gradient direction.

Unibest is organized in four tiers — industrial investment & holding platform → overseas business platform → core operating entity → business-segment member companies — with the holding platform making outbound investments and the operating entity facing customers. The tiers and division of work below are publicly disclosed.
The import/export and order fulfillment of small- and large-molecule drugs is the group's central business, covering OTC and finished formulations, the veterinary market, and the API & intermediate pipeline to end markets. The operating entity is the single point of contact for global customers and order fulfillment.
